In 2008, we introduced a new cushioned shoe, with the goal of creating a go-to neutral ride for runners. At the time, our director of product management was known for running at night — and thus the shoe was nicknamed “the Ghost,” which eventually became its official name.
Runners have loved the Ghost for its soft cushioning, smooth transitions, and reliability as a daily trainer. Over the years, we have continued to make updates, ensuring the Ghost remains a go-to among runners. Enhancements include improving the fit of the upper for distraction-free comfort mile after mile and an updated midsole with DNA Loft v2 for blissfully cushioned strides.
Plus, we’ve reduced our environmental impact by using sustainably made, recycled materials.
