Description

The Swing-Up Rack helps the pole vaulter build strength to invert, while providing a template to keep the athlete's shoulders forward in the position necessary to develop the proper technique. Hang this training appliance from a sturdy horizontal bar (not included!) and find the feeling essential to keeping the pole compressed and moving through the vault. Great for developing lower abdominal strength for long jump, triple jump and javelin, too!

Constructed of powder-coated steel, the Swing-Up Rack features shoulder and back contact surfaces covered with high-density foam padding wrapped in a very slick protective vinyl. A handlebar enables a coach to help the vaulter into position, or the Swing-Up Rack may be anchored for solo use. Comes with printed instructions, and more helpful information is available from a library of YouTube demonstration videos. (Patent No. 9,839,804 & 9,937,371)

For ages 7 to 70.

Fits 4"6 to 6'6"

Made in USA!
